I’ve been bumping to meyers-briggs a lot lately. I am not that interested in the scientific basis or lack there of of it but I would like to understand the ”and then what happens…?” part.

I’ve been subjected to this test a few times during my career and after the test results nothing happens. As I understand test is meant to be used to facilitate team communication but nothing ever changes. Most often the results are not even mentioned and the folder never gets opened. Are there any material/studies on how Meyers-Briggs is supposed to be applied in the real world?
