I am no Meta or Zuckerberg fan by no means but I feel like a) he really felt bad doing the layoffs and b) actually managed to treat people getting laid off somewhat fairly. He rarely manages to communicate in a way that was this effective, at least to someone outside like an average Timo like me reading the news.
